Corned silverside comes from the outside of the back leg. It’s named after the silver wall of the connective tissue that sits on the side of the cut.
Silverside requires moist cooking techniques to produce a tender and delicious beef dish. Great for dinner with classic white sauce and potatoes and cold on a sandwich.
